Cristobal Colón was a Italian navigator. He was born in 1451 and he is who has discovered America aboard his three caravels: Pinta, Niña y Santa María.

He lefts in caravels to go to Asia exactly to India to find a new sea route since by land it was very difficult, he had the permission of the Catholic Monarchs, Isabel and Fernando of Castilla and Aragón. Cristobal Colón lefts to Spain th 3th of August, 1492 and arrived in America the 12th of October, 1492 by accident.
