IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PRINCIPLES IN MATERIALS DEVELOPING...I consider that the most important principles in the development of materials is the basis for the selection of didactic material and the good handling of the foreign language, since that is how you reach what you intend to reach.

What are authentic materials? Name at least 5 examples of authentic materials Authentic materials are those that are closest to reality and support students in their knowledge, skills, and attitudes in environments similar to those they will face in everyday life. Example: songs, magazines, news, games, newspapers

What are non-authentic materials? Name at least 5 examples of inauthentic materials Inauthentic materials are teaching materials developed and designed for pedagogical support. These have been modified for educational purposes only. Examples: letters, word search, books, crossword puzzles, scripts.

What are the advantages of using non-authentic materials in the classroom? advantage: -Contains ready activities. - Motivates and gives interest to the student. -Adapts to the level of each student. disadvantages: - They do not approach the real context of the student - Unknown vocabulary - They use a single methodology

What are the advantages of using authentic materials in class? advantage: -Improve communication skills. - Allows the student to know other ideologies -You know and differentiate different accents - There is a wide variety of material available that brings the student closer to real situations. Disadvantages: - No cultural context - -Not appropriate for the level. - Topics not relevant or not appropriate to the needs of the student.
