  • Knows the importance of making people feel comfortable!
  • Puts their own spin on it!
  • Is always there to answer any questions!
  • Enhances the guest's visit!
  • Is always there from start to finish!
  • Makes reccomendations to compliment the meal!

So let's do it...!

Split up into pairs and take it in turns to tour guide each other through the menu. Once you've got your tour giuding style down, role play the guest journey from their arrival up to the end of the tour guide. Feel free to give feedback, but remember that everyone is still learning, so constructive critisisms only please...
