At the end of the internship in the tutoring centre, it is possible to see that this structure offers a very useful service for students who need extra support to succeed in their studies. The centre has a team of competent and committed professionals who implement support programmes adapted to the individual needs of each student. The tutoring centre has already gained a good reputation and continues to attract more and more students and parents looking for quality tutoring. This placement has highlighted the different aspects of working in a tutoring centre, including the importance of communication with students and the need to adapt my method of tutoring to the individual needs of each student and the need to monitor the progress of each student. It has also helped me to reinforce my decision to pursue a professional career.
