The website serves as a sales channel for its customers and highlights the B2C structure, generating operational revenue of 12%.We extract data from the website and analyze the data to provide a more personalized experience and promotional discounts.

The Barcode is used for updating finished goods inventory, checking the workflow speed of the factory and identifying staff that need further training. Data acquired by the bar code open the gates of the future growth prospects in area of inventory management and better employee performance.

Retailers Dashboard :

Retailer Dashboard is used to project data on dashboards for retailers and assist Firework in future planning. Data visualization tools and AI can be used for forecasting retail demand and projected cash flow.

Employee dashboards enable organisations to view employee data, analyse their performance using visualisation tools, and provide incentives based on that performance.

Operational AI

Operational AI speeds up production, resulting in greater operational effectiveness and scale economies. The use of lasers for cutting, welding, and packing are some examples of procedures that can be automated.

Digitalization is done in organizations that are in their initial stages and where most of their processes are manual. The risk associated with Fireworks is a result of data digitalization. Fire Works have already certain data points which is a result of the age of technology, and further use of new technology and data analytics will enable us to create value, grand growth which will result in profit maximization
