Important!

Those are very important steps, which are required for your enrollment in the courses later on. Please follow these steps very carefully!

For the moment, due to UCLy’s IT system modernisation, the registration of UCLy accounts is under construction. However, this step will be necessary for students all to:

• Receive their Learning Agreement (LA) confirming course choices
• Obtain their student card
• Pay the required fees
• Receive their student email address and IT access codes

You will receive an email notification once account creation is open. At that time, you will need to follow the instructions on this page to complete the process.

Prior to course registration, please follow the steps below:

• A provisional course list is included in this acceptance package.
• Discuss your course choice with your academic advisor and get his/her approval.

Make sure you discuss alternate courses you can take as well, as some classes may be full or in conflict with the timetables of other courses. Once you have selected your courses online we will send you a copy of your ESDES Learning Agreement via email. Please ensure that this Learning Agreement is signed by you and your home institution and that you bring signed copy with you when you check in with us.

• Students cannot enrol in classes after they have started classes.
• No Learning Agreements will be signed before Class Enrolment

Registration for classes

Registration for classes in the ESDES exchange program can only be done online. For classes beginning in Fall semester, class registration will take place end of June/beginning of July, and for Spring semester in end of November/beginning of December. You will be informed by email when course registration has opened.

Address: 10 Place des Archives, 69002 Lyon

Leave the train station Perrache towards cours Charlemagne (not Place Carnot which will put you on the other side of the station). The school is directly on the left side of the square (Place des Archives) when your back is to the station.

• Tram stop: Place des Archives (Tram T1) 1 min walk
• Tram stop: Perrache (Tram T1, Tram T2) 3 min walk

ISD - Pôle International

Throughout the year the ISD organizes events and activities :

Welcome Breakfast - Have a croissant and some coffee! Café Langues - Once a month you have the opportunity to meet fellow students from UCLy Ciné Club - Discover French culture through movies!

Also, the ISD is very helpful when it comes ot the buracratical questions, like: visa, French social security, CAF, and other things. Thus, it good to stay in touch with them when you're an international stundet.
