Anne Frank sarts her episode of the hiding from de nazis in the secret anex to mantain safe and avoide getting killed..

After Otto Frank corroborates the death of his family he received Anne's diary rescued by his assistant Miep, he was impressed with what she wrote, then decided to publish it being one of the most read books in history.

By then Anne had lost hope, her sister died of typhus and a month later in March 1945 Anne died unaware that her father had survived.

Two years later on August 4, 1944 sadly the eight occupants of the "secret annex" were arrested and two months later sent to the Westerbork concentration camp, from there to Auschwitz where Otto Frank was separated from his family.

By 1939 when Anne was ten years old, the German army had come a long way and a year later reached Dutch territory, so life for Jews in this country was becoming more difficult.
