It is a cumulus of stars that is named by a mythical creature. It represents the first horse that could walk with the gods on Olympus. It is recognized as a winged horse. Its constellation is one of the most beautiful in the galaxy.

  • Pegasus is made up of a total of 177 stars
  • It is one of the oldest constellations known and is one of the 48 constellations listed by the astronomer Ptolemy.
  • It hosts the first exoplanet found around a normal star, as well as a galaxy, known as M15.
