Step 3: The Recipe
To star with in a large pot, place the chicken, corn, chicken broth, cilantro, onions, garlic, salt and pepper, Second add the water and boil, then reduce heat to medium and cook for 30 to 35 minutes, until chicken is cooked and tender. after that, continue cooking the corn for about 15 more minutes. Put away the onions and then add red potatoes, white potatoes, and the guascas. Cook for 15 more minutes, next uncover and add the frozen papa criolla and reduce heat for 15 minutes, add salt and pepper to your taste, then remove the chicken and place in another plate, last of all cut the chicken meat into small pieces and return to the pot. Serve the Ajiaco with capers and heavy cream on the side.

Es importante aprender una segunda lengua considero que el Ingles en estos momentos es demasiado vital y me servirá en mi proceso de formación y en la parte laboral también ¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional? En mi caso aporte bastante ya que como anteriomente lo dije aprender una lengua nueva me aporta tanto en lo personal como en lo laboral ya que en el sector en el que trabajo en ocaciones debo tener algo de conocimiento de esta lengua
