About the Author

Typhani is a multi-talented individual who engages in all forms of the arts. She is a world traveler, hockey fan, and avid bookworm. She is the founder of Bookworms Against Bullies which is geared towards overcoming bullying by sharing a love for books. She loves to spend time with her family, especially her purrfect four legged child, Gyzzmogh.

What started as a college art project is now a published children's book. When Typhani brought home her art project, a children's book made from mixed media and materials, her father was so impressed he thought she should get it published. After several failed attempts, life happened and she forgot about it for 11 years.When her father passed away unexpectedly in 2021, Typhani knew she needed to finally make it happen. #87 Sent from Heaven was published on August 14, 2022, his 71st birthday.

Growing up, Typhani was bullied throughout her entire school career. Having supportive parents, she learned how to transform those horrible experiences into something positive. Bookworms Against Bullies was created by Typhani to help others overcome bullying by sharing a love for books. She is an anti-bullying motivational speaker who speaks at college and elementary classes and has published numerous articles on the topic.
