THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS TASK IS TO MAKE OUR STUDENTS TAKE CONTROL OF DIFFICULT SITUATIONS AND HOW TO SOLVE PROBLEMS AT WORK.

Decide what the main purpose of this task is.

This task could be used in EOP, ESP, and AEP according to students' needs focusing on special vocabulary, structures, and tasks in order to develop their speaking skills.

In what ESP PROGRAM could this task be used?

What study skills will students probably use to complete the task?

Students will develop the following speaking skills: asking questions, arguing, discussing, agreeing, disagreeing, apologyzing.

We would add activities like: a roll play, pair work activities, making a debate, a list of possible solutions, conclusions, suggestions, and presentations.
