Have two to four organizations every month picked for grants Individuals will work in teams to research organizations and submit them to the group for a potential grant Finalized organizations will be picked based on either voting or a discussion

1. Organizations have to have under one million in donations yearly 2. Diverse staff: have POC on the staff 3. Target a specific community or a precise area for impact
