Situation

"In a Primary school where there is a high level of vulnerable students, the English teacher decides not to use the English Coursebook provided by the Ministry of Education as a learning resource, because it doesn't contain everything that she needs to teach the subject and the level of English is to high for her students"

Ignore and throw away a textbook as a learning resource is the best decission that a teacher can make.
