Today, we are going to talk about the situation in Colombia, how it has affected the life habits of Colombians. The situation in Colombia is getting worse and worse, politically, economically, in short, the quality of life has worsened. Situations such as the pandemic (COVID-19), war between Russia and Ukraine, the appreciation of the dollar, etc. These are situations that are indirectly affecting the country and make the daily life of Colombians increasingly worrying and stressful given the uncertainty of what will happen. Families today many of them have chosen to migrate to another country, many who cannot or do not have the resources to do so have chosen to seek other types of solutions or solutions and this makes everyone's mental health worsen, At the same time, it is also affecting physical health, since many do not have time, for example, to play sports, take care of themselves and everything else because they have their minds occupied in other situations. In my point of view we can prevent this or we can face this in a passive way, without despairing, calming down and thinking things through to choose the best decision, we must remember that it is important to take care of both our mental and physical health, in order to continue prevailing and fighting with the current situation because if we also neglect this we will not achieve anything.
