The present simple has two basic auxiliaries: Do and does Do is used for: I, you, we and they Does is used for: He, she and it

Affirmative of He, she, it Subject + verb + s/es/ies + complement
Affirmative of I, you, we or they.Subject + verb in present + complement
Ex: She plays with you.
Ex: I play with you.

Negative of He, she, it Subject + does +not (doesn't) v.b.f. + complement
Negative of I, you, we or they.Subject + do + not (don't) +v.b.f + complement
Ex: I don't play with you.
