Hello everyone! For those of you who do not know me, my name is Maya Peck and I am a Sophomore here at WSU as well as an MC 21! I hope you all had an amazing summer and got to spend lots of time with friends and family! Although some of us had to be back earlier on for Work Week and Recruitment Week, we had a total blast.
Work Week
For those of you who do not know what Work Week is, it is the week of preparation for actual Recruitment Week. During this time we practice how each day of Recruitment will go and work on run-throughs! Although it is called "Work Week" it was hardly work at all. Our awesome recruitment chairs Dani and Ava made sure we had plenty of fun while doing so!

Also during our Work Week, we were able to film and create content that us as a house were able to share with everyone else! Each day we had a different theme and members were able to dress up.

Recruitment Week!
Finally the week we had all been waiting and preparing for! Recruitment week was a very special time for all of us and we were given the opportunity to speak and get to know such amazing women. Although all the emotions were felt during this process, we had a great outcome and have welcomed yet again an ASTOUNDING Member Class! Welcome home MC 22.

A.K.A Best Day
On the Sunday of Recruitment Week, the members of Alpha Phi were able to welcome home the new members. Our theme was rodeo and as you can see we went all out! This day was filled with getting to hangout and spend the day with our new girls, show them around campus and more!

Now that Recruitment is over, it is time to get back into the flow of things! First two weeks of school down and many more to come. Thank you and I hope you enjoyed the update!
