In some cultures, children are often told that they can achieve anything if they try hard enough. What are the advantages and disadvantages of giving children this message?

  • Having it all and having it already can generate anxiety
  • Motivation to meet your goals
  • Value perseverance and work.
  • Do not give up in the face of adversity.

The use of cellphones has increased in this twenty-first century. Additionally, Cellphones can now be used for many purposes besides of making calls only. What are the advantages and disadvantages?

  • We can communicate from the place where we are to another country or city.
  • Information can be accessed online.
  • Students can use their mobile devices as educational tools.
  • In social networks there is a lot of extortionism.
  • In children it is possible that they access pages that are not suitable for their age or that they may find unpleasant or inappropriate.
  • People isolate themselves from the real world.

Nowadays many people choose to be self-employed, rather than to work for a company or organization. Why might this be the case? What could be the disadvantages of being self-employed?
