The Learning Gap
"Using Bloom’s taxonomy allows you to link your
outcomes to the tasks you want your [learners] to
demonstrate. It also can act as a guide on what level of
learning you want your [learners] to achieve"(McGrae, 2019)
The learning gap is identified by comparing the learner's current level of knowledge (learner personas) to the level that the business requires them to be at (business need).
