Employer Net Promoter Score is a scoring system desingned to help us mesure employee satisfaction and loyalty withing the organization.

Different forms were created to each phase with questions that set employee expectations and give us a clear view of the feedback.

eNPS New Hire Purpose:

  • Receive feedback since day one.
  • Hear employees opinion to improve.
  • Real reports about feedback.

The main purpose of HCL is give the best expirience to their employees since de the beginning of their journey. A ceremony is prepare for new hires with a coffee break, trinkets, games, diplomas and certificates to have a good moment and interact with them. They will receive an invitation for this special day.

eNPS TENURE

During the road eNPS is very important for HCL because it helps to understand which elements of the employee engagement most influence their loyalty and work towards improving both.

To improve the process a survey was created to set employees expectation and work individually with FLMs/TLs to give a better experience.

This is a quarterly best practice that is part of our Engagement Program to determine where to start making changes and listen to our employee's voice.
