Shauntara to reach out to PSC to create process transferring outreach documentation from CRM to EPIC, ideally automated. Looks like we had the data but its not being communicated to LA Care.
How do they know when to adminster SHA, what forms do they use, where they are getting the data from?
confirm that new member packets are being sent out, find out the timeline for outreach, what is included in the new member packet
Candice to discuss with Steven Chin about the outreach efforts the MSO is doing on behalf of the IPA for IHAs
Dr, Arroyo and Shauntara to meet and go over a audit dry run so he can know where the data is coming from and what the data requirements are. Also will incorporate questionnaire into EPIC
