Our promise floor is not working

• First edit the our promise section in NameIdRef and publish it.
• Then go to Model card section and link the NameIdRef to the same model card and publish it.

Blank screen issue, Internal error,404 Page

• Check if the Page is Published
• Check if all the DSM Codes are Published
• Check if all the DSM Codes have model card inside them and they are Published too (Not Archive)

• Check for any Publish Changes/Draft/Archive Entry.

How to link categories/products in Category description

• When you are in page description page in WCMS, under add content choose Rich text and fill the description with links.

Category page error

The Category ID you want to add already exists, please either delete the Previously created Category Page with the same Id or discard this make the changes in the Perviously created Category Page (You can search for the Particular Category ID in the Search after selecting Category Page from the Blue Dropdown)

Where can I edit my size drop-down in product page?

• Size drop-down cannot be edited in WCMS but should be done in PIM.
• Go to PIM. Under Catalog choose products, enter the model code and search for the model.
• Inside the model code, choose combinations tab and edit the contents in Indian size box.

How to change the packshot display of a super model?

• Select the DSM code and rearrange the model codes based on the requirements and publish it.
• Don't forget to turn on the 'edited' option to make it stay permanently.

MAIN BANNER / HERO BANNER

Requirements :

• Image from PIXL.
• Image size - Below 200kb.
• Desktop dimension - 1920 x 470mm
• App dimension - 960 x 1200mm
• We need to create two variants of main banner, one for desktop and one for mobile. The main banner floor is a carousel and user can upload up-to 4 banners (Considering the performance)

MINI BANNER / FOUR BANNER

Requirements :

• Image from PIXL.
• Image size - Below 200kb.
• Desktop & App dimension - 440 x 483mm

• We need to create one variant of mini banner. The mini banner floor is a carousel and user can upload up-to 4 banners and redirecting it to different categories.

Product Scroll

Requirements :

• DSM codes (can be taken from SPID)
• Upto 8 DSM codes can be updated.
• Archive the DSM codes and wait for 10 seconds till it gets published and then click publish changes.

• Product scroll option is for users who wants to highlight their bestsellers, clearance, specific campaign products, etc

CATEGORY LIST

Requirements :

• Image from PIXL.
• Image size - Below 200kb.
• Desktop & App dimension - 2500 x 2500mm

• We can create as many as category list. The category list is for users who need to go deep in their categories by having NOP as title and relevant categories below them.( Example - CAPS ----> Adult caps, Kids caps)

BLOG BANNER

Requirements :

• Image from PIXL.
• Image size - Below 200kb.
• Desktop & App dimension - 440 x 242mm

• We can create as many as blog banner cards.Blog banners is for users who wants to link different blogs / training tips from external site into decathlon.inBlogs should be published in blog.decathlon.in and then link it here.

DUAL BANNER

Requirements :

• 2 images from PIXL.
• Image size - Below 200kb.
• Desktop dimension - 1024x600mm

• User can create 2 huge banner in a floor and redirect it to a category/product page. It will be really helpful for user who wants to link a youtube video pop-up about a specific product/categories.

CATEGORY BANNER

Requirements :

• Image from PIXL.
• Image size - Below 200kb.
• Desktop dimension - 1920 x 246 pxl

• We need to create one variant of category banner, only one for desktop. The category banner is a cover image for your products displayed under specific category and can be kept based on that.

HOW TO CHOOSE

Requirements :

• Blogs / Videos that helps user to choose product from that specific category.
• UTM links to be attached to the how to choose content to track its performance in GA. UTM links can be generated from https://utmbuilder.net/

• You can change the Text for the How to Choose button from Contentful, if you skip howToChooseName field then the default Category Name will be the Text for How to Choose

Requirements :

• DSM codes of models that performing good in the category
• Can also be used for highlighting products during specific season

• For analysis, choose the specific families under MY TG tab in Quicksight and the user can get Top and Flop products in specifc category.

SEO CONTENT

Requirements :

• Relevant keywords and content with interlinking of categories.
• If you choose description, you can just write normal text with no special content.

• If you choose rich text, you can add special texts, add formatting options, etc.
• A good content can help you in good google page rankings for your category.

G-trends

FAQ's

Requirements :

• Minimum 4 FAQ's for a category.
• Relevant questions that answer all common users.
• Answer can be linking to a product / category page.

• FAQ's also helps in increasing the google page rankings and also you can make the online journey of users by answering right and most asked questions.

OUR PROMISES

Requirements :

• Model Id.
• Should be edited in NameIdRef first and then link the NameIdRef to the same model card.
• User can choose from exsisting contents that are available under Our promise section in NameIdRef.

• This option is for users who would like to showcase Decathlon's extending promises that we give to certain products.Example : Lifelong Frame warranty for cycles.

Requirements :

• Model Id & DSM codes.
• Should be edited in NameIdRef (not model card)
• User can give relevant title to the floor under 'related product title' section in NameIdRef.

• Under 'related products' tab, users can add relevant DSM codes for the selected model Id.You should archive the DSM codes and wait for it to get published automatically.

DECATABS

Requirements :

• Model Ids for comparison.
• Should be edited in NameIdRef (not model card)
• Choose template type 3 under reference floor section in NameIdRef.

• Under compare tiles give the criteria on what the comparison is about,
• Under Compare products, give all the model names and data relevant to the criteria.

SIZE GUIDE

Requirements :

• Measurements of the model from PACE site.
• Should be edited under size template tab in Model card (not nameIdRef)

MULTI ADD TO CART

Requirements :

• Model Ids
• Should be edited in Model card (not nameIdRef)
• Now the customers can choose from multi add to cart floor (new update)
• Here, the user can make changes to his product card by having a new floor to display the accessories that goes with the product. Minimum 2 products to be present including the actual model.
