What is physical HWB?
Being physically active can improve your health and brain health also help manage your weight and the risk of disease. It can strengthen your bones and muscles also improve your ability to do everyday activities. Also you will be happier. at

Well one way to strengthen your physical health is to get loots of sleep and drink at least 2 litres of water, your mental health can effect your mindset so before you try to improve your physical health try making a change to your mental health and choices.
Physical wellbeing is the ability to maintain a healthy quality of life that allows us to get the most out of our daily activities without undue fatigue or physical stress.
