Before we watch:

- Search on the internet the word count. What does it mean? Pay attention to the rules for countable and uncountable nouns.

For countable food:

  1. We can count these nouns:
one apple, two pizzas, three hot dogs, etc. 2. They have a singular and a plural form: 3. We can add the article a/an (un, una): an apple, a pizza, a lollipop.

For uncountable food:

  1. We can't count these nouns: It's incorrect to say one water, two waters.
one rice, two rices.2. They only have singular form: water, salt, sugar, rice, flour. 3. a/an is not used. We use some with uncountable nouns: Some water, some milk, some sugar, etc. 4. Measure units are alse used: A bag of rice, a spoon of sugar, a glass of juice.
