When using a verb after the pronouns "he", "she", or "it" the verb will change. The verb would have to get the letters "s", "es", or "ies" added depending on the case.

This words for most of the verbs: Just add -s to the base form (sings, gives, requires)
Form the third-person singular of verbs ended with the letters -ch, -s, -sh, -x, or -z by adding -es (watches, misses, rushes, mixes, buzzes).

Verbs ending in a consonant + "y" (such as try) form the third-person singular by changing the y to i and adding -es (tries).

When the verb ends in "y" but the letter before this one is a vowel, we will just add the "s". Say --> says Stay --> Stays
