I Part In my current job I have the responsibility of monitoring the clients, how they feel, what they need and if they are happy with the attention of the staff. My job position is administrative prosecutor and my company is located in San Carlos, Ciudad Quesada.
Responsibilities/duties
As an administrator I have the duties and responsibilities of:The duty of diligence, I must direct the personnel focused on results. The responsibility of maintaining good relations, excellent communication with clients and collaborators. The duty of loyalty to all people in the company. The responsibility to avoid conflict situations. To have a great work environment. The duty to hold myself responsible for payroll payments.
Soft skills that i have
Leadership: I have this highly developed skill since I have practiced in various jobs, I am a good leader and people like to work with me as a team.
Communication and active listening: When I have to communicate with other people I am very flexible and kind, I pay attention to details.
Results Orientation: I am very capable so I set myself goals to achieve the best results.
Planning and time management: I elaborate and plan my objectives to have an excellent performance and to organize myself with the delivery times.
Flexibility: I am a very flexible person to ideas that arise before any eventuality
Ratings/hard skills
I have a diploma in accounting assistant, I develop the necessary technical and human skills to be a successful professional in the field of management of computer applications and the accounting area.Take a Computer Science course, in which I am able to do work in Excel, Word, Power Point.
I have a Diploma in Human Resource Management, I have the knowledge to develop new management strategies for the processes necessary to direct human talent and guarantee compliance with organizational objectives.
I have a title on Project Development, how to carry out and manage organizations through administrative tools, SWOT, continuous improvement, among others.
My future career plans
- My professional objective is to find an organization that allows me to apply all the learning acquired throughout my growth process; as well as my management, organization, work under pressure and leadership skills.
- One of my professional goals is to lead a work team that promotes performance and collaborative learning. In addition, that it contributes to the professional development of the group and allows opportunities for personal development.
- My professional goal is to have job stability and establish myself in an organization that allows me to apply my knowledge and skills, develop as a professional and that recognizes my achievements.
- Contribute to the objectives of the company from the effective execution of the functions and responsibilities under my charge, and, in this way, have the opportunity to develop as a successful professional.
- My leadership skills, self-management and results orientation, as well as my personal and professional experience allow me to be a highly productive person who efficiently meets his goals.
Part II
Teamwork is a group of people in an organization whose goal for everyone in the company is the same, continuous improvement.
Its importance is very significant for organizations since it tries to get collaborators to work in synergy to meet all goals.
Some benefits of teamwork are: Sharing situations of daily coexistence, increasing strategies, methodologies, procedures since there are many people with different ideas, this union of interest is another benefit because it favors interpersonal relationships and contributions to long-term work. .
Some skills that are developed in teamwork are communication and active listening, empathy, respect and sincerity.
On the other hand, I consider myself a very good team worker since I have worked a lot with other people, remembering a couple of years ago that I worked for the ARCO company where my work team and I had a unique synergy, we always reached the monthly goals and once we earned a bonus of 3 million colones, we distributed it and this thanks to our excellent communication.
