When we talk about a target in SDG we mean WHAT we want to achieve* and HOW we want to achieve it.

In our project we will divide the class into 5 groups and each group will be in charge of a target connected with SDG 2: Zero hunger

Target 1: make sure that people in vulnerable situations can access safe, nutritious and sufficient food. The focus is on getting enough food.

Target 2: end all forms of malnutrition. The objective is to eliminate poor diets or cheap food with low nutritional value.

Target 3: help small-scale food producers: women, indigenous people, farmers and fishers. The focus is on easy access to land and to the market.

Target 4: produce food in a way that respects the environment. The focus is on sustainable agriculture.

Target 5: by 2020 maintain the genetic diversity of seeds by building seeds and plant banks in countries around the world. The focus is on having a wider variety of food.
