Reference Numbers
When a piece is first booked into SAP Fiori, two tickets print:
2. - Reference Ticket
This has a Reference Number which is an internal reference created when the piece is first booked into SAP.
It relates specifically to the Serial Number for that item.
The reference ticket will remain with the product for its time in the business as it will not change.

Reference Numbers
When selling the article through the till, you will be prompted to enter the serial/certificate number.
You should enter the internal Reference Number (e.g. here it is 6) instead of the serial... as you can see, the leading zero's do not need to be entered.

Reference Numbers
This is the best and easiest way to enter a serial number and will stop suspended sales!
If the Reference number is registered to your showroom, the Serial number will be displayed, if Correct then proceed with the sale...
