IMPORTANCE OF THE SOFT SKILLS IN THE JOB
My opinion is that it is important to have skills in a job because it is what you can bring to a company and it is what makes companies successful, the more skills you have the easier it will be to get a job, for example, in a software development company, if you do not have skills to work in a team, it is difficult to find a job. Also, it is important to mention that many skills are taught on the job, because we learn day by day.

- I find it hard to speak in public, because I am shy.
- I'm impatient, because I need to have everything ready.
- Sometimes I'm desorganized.
- I'm creative, I have a lot imagination.

- The UTN offer software workshops for learning new technologies.
- My uncle works in HP and could get me into an interview at this company.
- La Fortuna School offers painting workshops.
- I may have to get a second job to pay my bills, which will not allow me to travel around the world.
- The database course is very hard, I think I will get a bad grade in the exam.
- The decline in cryptocurrencies would hurt my finances and my future projects.

MY COMPANY
My company
The name of my company is JACAS SOFTWARE, since it is a company in charge of developing software products for other clients and also providing solutions for any company.
As an extra service we provide consulting and computer repairs.
Other information:
It's located in La Fortuna, San Carlos, next to the Banco Nacional.It has three floors.
FIRST FLOOR JACAS SOFTWARE

01. first floor
FACILITIES IN THE FIRST FLOOR
- It has a free parking for a ten cars.
- It has a big conference center, where the most important meetings are held.
- The entrace of the company, has a sofa, billar.
- In the first floor has a big work zone is in front the entrance.
- On the outside there is a small swimming pool for the employees.

02. sECOND floor
FACILITIES IN THE second FLOOR
- On the second floor is the play area, it has a two table of billar, tv, sofa, xbox, play station, books.
- Also, the kitchen is on second floor, it's a basic kitchen, fridge and microwave.
- It has a administration department.

FACILITIES IN THE Third FLOOR
- On the third floor are the bathrooms, they are simple bathrooms, they have toilet and sink.
- It also has a marketing department.
- They have a finance department.
04. wORKERS
WORKERS AT JACAS SOFTWARE
We have a lot employees in differents areas, in the first floor, we have software developers, recepcionist, and spokesman.In the second floor we have a business manager her name is Carlos, he is in charge of the organization company. And finally in the third floor we have an a marketing his name is Allison, she is responsible to communication and sales strategies also we have an accountant her name is Fabricio, he is in charge of the financial strategies company.
