Day 1: Bring your ‘coaches’ (e.g. central office staff/principals/curriculum directors) to explicitly learn AL components and determine potential priorities for your targeted team. To best serve you, please identify if AL will be a district-wide initiative or a building specific initiative. If AL is a building specific initiative, at least one administrator from central office is encouraged to attend with the building team. Day 2 (recommended): Get back in the game for day two! Bring your team of at least 3 administrative players (district-wide or building specific) for a work session aimed at creating an action plan that aligns with your team mission and vision. Please indicate your interest in attending this optional work session on the registration form.
