MENTORING-SUPERVISION FOR PRACTITIONERS

About me I have been practicing acupuncture and Chinese herbalism since 2002. I teach and supervise students and practitioners. I am registered with the BAcC as a practitioner and as a mentor-supervisor. I offer a safe space for reflecting about on-going concerns or problems impacting your practice, so a new perspective about growing as an individual and as a practitioner can be gained. What can be brought to mentoring? Anything that is related to practice. For example: Complicated cases, challenging patient issues, life events impacting practice and business strategies. The aim is to support you in growing your practice in a manageable way, mitigate isolation and prevent burnout. Details Mentoring/ Supervision sessions can be held individually or in small groups, virtually or in-person. One-on-one sessions run for an hour.
