About the problem

  • We must create new opportunities, letting the best experienced workers to be up to the critically important employments.
  • We need to avoid corruption and be aware of officials, such as politicians, who can have exorbitant salaries and bonuses.
  • The enterprises should give more and better capacitation to their employees, so they might do notoriously a better job.
  • Automatization may impact drastically in the job situation of Mexico; technology reduces human failure, fatigue, and accident human hazard.
  • Since the Porfiriato, Mexico’s economy did use to be based on petroleum. A great effort to encourage petroleum refining and developing of green energy will be entirely beneficial.
  • In addition, our employment policies should be modified to the better, regarding to the job conditions and bonuses, and become somewhat stricter in face of serious faults.

Having a job which gives a great income determines the family circumstances and life quality.

In Mexico 27% of employees work hardly for too long hours in work. The men, who have a higher percentage of employment than women, also represent most of the high-effort employees.

Having that Mexico’s inflation and industrial activity isn´t running as hoped, the unemployment has sadly increased. Mexico has got used to importing and exporting without looking for improvements in terms of production, allowing United States to abuse economically of it.
