A WI was prepared for Maruti Suzuki plant in Gujarat (SMG) that manufactures the parts for the Baleno car for the inspection of the plastic , sheetmetal and electric parts has been assigned to Trigo.

A WI for inspection for mechanical components of Mahindra turbine housing plant was also prepared after studying the client requirements

Microsoft Power Automate allows to automate repetitive and time consuming workflows in businesses across the whole enterprise.

Power Automate was used to create invoice approval workflows for automatic routing of invoices to the respective regional managers across India and storing the approval status and invoice information in a database automatically

Power Automate was used to create workflows for Mission Order to automate the process of receiving mission order from the client and approval of the same by the authorized person in the company and storing this data in a database.

An exit form is a form that needs to be filled by employees leaving the organization. An automatic database updating was achieved every time an exit form was filled using Power Automate.

Microsoft Power BI is a data visualisation and business intelligence tool used for analysis of large chunks of data.

PARTWISE REJECTION TREND FOR BOSCH ,NASIK

The aim is to reduce the rejection percentage of the parts being inspected at Bosch, Nasik to the minimum by continuous monitoring and improvement through data analytics.

Inspectors to have use the Trigo Online Data Entry Software for entering the inspection information under the digitalisiation mission. To track the progress of this initiative ,, data analytics is performed on Power BI

ENHANCING BUSINESS FLOWS USING AI BUILDER TOOL

The Microsoft AI Builder tool is used for automating business workflows using AI models. It has pre-build AI models that need to be trained for specific data sets and can be connected to Power Automate workflows using connectors.

OFFER LETTER DATABASE DEVELOPMENT

The document identification process involves extracting the revision no. of the document along with the other information like title ,document no. etc. so that the revised data can be updated in a data base.This was automated using AI Builder.

The AI Builder tool is leverged to automatically extract important information every time an offer letter

The terms and conditions documents are sent by the HR department to the new joining employees. AI Builder with Power Automate were integrated to create AI driven workflows for employee Terms and Condition response sentiment analysis.

DEVELOPMENT OF INSPECTION APP USING POWER APPS

Microsoft Power Apps is a suite of apps, services, and connectors, as well as a data platform, that provides a rapid development environment to build custom low code apps for various business needs. The purpose of the inspection app is to :

• Allow digital inspection of all parts of a site
• Tailored inspection form based on the part check sheets for each site
• Storing inspection details in a database
• Allowing the inspector to give inspection feedback on the app
