  • Justice & Law + judges
  • Goverment
  • The Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Romanian languages + some words in other languages
INFLUENCE/LEGACY:
  • Latin alphabet.
  • Doctors, lawyers, and scientists use Latin phrases in their work. All plant and animal species have Latin names.
  • Government buildings and state capitols
  • Christianity (adopted by Romans A.D. 300)
Answer on your binder: 1. List four of the contributions or achievements of Roman civilization that influence our lives today. 2. Add a real life example (if possible). 3. Make a drawing exemplifying each of these achievements.
