The Story So Far
Numberella has been having strange dreams where a group of people she doesn't recognise keep calling for help and saying they're starving. She tells Ronnie, and together they go to Jin Genie's house to see if they can use his crystal ball to find out what's happening. Jin Genie’s away, but they find the crystal ball anyway and use it. The crystal ball opens a portal to a 'between space.' Here, they meet a spirit called Massasoit who asks them to take on a mission to help the Mayflower settlers survive their first winter in America by delivering them supplies. Numberella and Ronnie accept the mission.

The Story So Far
Having landed in 1620, Numberella and Ronnie discover that Harry is a DETER agent with access to exciting 'Neuro Weapons' called TAGGs (a.k.a. Splurge Guns), Invincibility Cloaks, and the mysterious Rings Of Power. Harry kits out Numberella and Ronnie with the Invincibility Cloaks, but before he can show them the Rings Of Power a disturbance in the trees nearby forces them to start their journey into the forest without delay. After walking for a while, they discover a deserted wigwam and settle down for the night, only to find themselves surrounded by hostile Native Americans who then wrap them up in the wigwam and club them unconscious. Croatoan and his men carry Numberella and Ronnie to the settler's camp where they hope to trade them for food. However when Croatoan discovers that Numberella and Ronnie were wearing the clothes of the dead from the wigwam, he is very angry.

Team Music
Each year, in association with Deuce Music, Numberella releases a charity album in aid of an educational charity. The more times the album gets played, the more money goes to kids' education. This is only made possible by people like you PLaying the album on spotify, on repeat. (You can turn the volume down.) Every spin makes a tiny amount of money - but put it all together and it can pay for a child's education! Can you help?

Mission 1 - ganesh
“Hello,” said Numberella uncertainly. “What’s your name?” “I am Ganesh,” rumbled the strange machine, his electro-flowers glowing a deep red. “I am Genie Sahib’s Flo-Piq.” “A what?” said Ronnie, crossly, rubbing his foot. “A Flo-Piq,” answered Ganesh. “I was made by Genie Sahib. I am the first of my kind, yes, yes, thankyou very much.” “So what do you…do, Ganesh?” asked Numberella in a small voice which she wished had sounded braver. “I am Genie Sahib’s major-domo,” said the Flo-Piq. A sad look suddenly came over Ganesh’s angular face, and a small tear came out of one of his eyes. “Genie Sahib has been gone a long time,” said Ganesh, by way of explanation.

Mission 1 - i am ganesh
A small trap door pinged open from the centre of his torso and a mechanical arm popped out holding a white cloth. The mechanical arm dabbed at the pale brown eyes and then retracted, with quiet hiss. “When did you last see Genie Sahib?” asked Ronnie. “I last saw Genie Sahib several months ago,” responded Ganesh. “It is a long time since he was home.” “Do you know where he is?” asked Numberella. “He is on a secret mission. He did not share any details with me,” replied Ganesh, sadly, and for a second it looked like he might shed another tear. “Ri..ght,” said Ronnie. “We’re sorry you miss your master Ganesh – but we are friends of his and we need to find a truck. So – please tell us – where is Pwalor Boulevard?”

Mission 2 - Pwalor Boulevard
“Pwalor Boulevard is situated in West Probabilium between the French Quarter and China Town,” said Ganesh. “Thanks Ganesh,” said Numberella. “By the way, Jin Genie.. I mean, Genie Sahib told us once that there is a credit card hidden somewhere at his house which DeTeR members can use in an emergency. Do you happen to know where it is?” A careful look came over Ganesh waxy face. “A credit card? Yes, I know where Genie Sahib keeps that. But I do not know that you are DeTeR members. Can I see your identification please?” Numberella pulled out her holoscreen, which scanned her face and briefly glowed orange. She said: “Reveal DeTeR Credentials.”

Mission 2 - Pwalor Boulevard
A small hologram dressed as a musketeer appeared, bowed low, and with an extravagant sweep of his large feathered hat said in a squeaky voice, “Natasha Numberella, DeTeR Number 182764125. Hooray.” The hologram bowed low, swishing the large feathered hat again as it did so, and vanished. Ronnie raised one eyebrow, looked deliberately at his own holoscreen, and repeated the same instruction. Above his machine there appeared a hologram of a miniature U.S. marine in combat uniform. A small squeaky voice barked: “Sir, permission to speak sir!” “Speak,” said Ronnie, importantly. “Sir, your DeTeR credentials are: Ronald Resist, DeTer Number 149162536, Sir.” “Thankyou General,” said Ronnie. “Dismissed.” “Sir Yes Sir,” shouted the General, and then vanished. “Soo childish,” muttered Numberella.

Mission 3 - the hidden card
“Very well,” said Ganesh. “The card is hidden behind the top right hand draw of the desk. But I don’t know the code to use it. That’s a secret. The master has left clues to work it out, but I don’t know how to solve them.” “Don’t worry about that Ganesh,” said Numberella breezily. “We will be able to take care of the clues.” She walked quickly over to the desk and pulled it open. Reaching in behind it, she brought out a cream envelope. Flexing it, she said – “ok, good, there’s a card in here. We can work out the clues on our way to the market. We’d better be going Ronnie. Grab the crystal ball – I’ve got a feeling we might need it again.” “Good plan,” said Ronnie, and he placed it carefully into the velvet lined box, and closed the lid.

Mission 3 - The Hidden Card
“Now that’s done, we need to call Harry Hijack,” said Numberella a few minutes later, as they joined the queue for the MAG-Pipe. “If anyone can get a truck at short notice, it’s him. I doubt we will be able to get anything from the French Quarter, they’ll want driving licenses, and we don’t have those.” “I guess… you’re right,” said Ronnie. “But he’s just a bit…flaky. You never know what you’re going to get with him.” “I know – but what other options do we have?” said Numberella. Ronnie shrugged. “I’ll call him from the Pipe,” she said. “We can go into the auto-lane, it’s quieter there.”

Mission 4 - Harry Hijack
“ ’arry speaking,” said a gravelly voice in an old fashioned London accent a few minutes later. “’Ow can I ’elp you Numbrella?” Numberella explained the situation – how the crystal ball had frozen on Ronnie’s hands, how the ball of light had surrounded them, and how Massasoit had spoken to them from the spirit world. “A spirit guide? A truck? Thanksgiving 1620? You’re 'avin a giraffe.” He paused, and thought. There was silence on the line, pierced only by a strange hissing/coughing noise that sounded like an asthmatic snake. Ronnie rolled his eyes at Numberella, who suppressed a chuckle.

“Jin’s crystal ball you say. Well I suppose… if it’s Jin’s….. but bleeeeding ‘eck. Coooor blimey. Spirit guides? You sure you aven’t been at the sauce? No, course not, yer too young. Thanksgiving?” He muttered to himself for a while, in which the words kids, Hamericans… ‘eck and bleeding could be heard at various points, and then said, “Alright…let me see what I can do. Credit card you say?” And then in an undertone, “That’s interesting – I need a few things from the Owlsale, I’m sure Jin won’t mind. Yeah – Yeah – Jin won’t mind. No that’s fine. Ok. I’ll find the truck. But in the meantime, go dayrn to the ‘owlsale market ‘n start ’agglin. Tell me when you’ve got the grub and I’ll ‘ave the truck ready.”
