There are several ways to fight habitat destruction and help the animals. I believe we need to choose products that are energy-efficient, sustainable, made from renewable resources, and packaged ecologically - friendly. Avoid products that harm animals and the environment, like disposable plastics and micro-plastics, paper products that are not made from recycled paper, products grown from pesticides, and palm oil products.
Habitat Loss
How to solve the problem?
Plant flowers, trees, and bushes that are native to your area. This provides food, shelter, and a location for wild animals to rear their families. Find out how to make a wildlife habitat in your yard and which native plant species are best for your area to attract butterflies and moths to your yard.
Lawns provide very little food and shelter to wildlife. Instead of mowing your grass, try planting native plants and flowers in garden beds. Buy or design a birdbath or bat habitat. This can be a great project for the whole family to be entertained for hours. If you don't have a garden like me, container gardens look beautiful on balconies and patios.
