Timeline
- NOTES:
- This is an estimation based on the first touch with Chris, Rakesh, Nitin and Rahul.
- My recommendations: 1 Scrum Master / Kanban Flow Manager per 2/3 squads. 1 Agile Coach per 4/6 squads.
- Once the Product need will grow, I recommend the Product Owner role position to be included in the squads.
- All the squads must be self-autonomous and multi-disciplinary. That means front & back, QA, UX whatever we need to be included in the team. A team-first approach based on Business Area is key to build those teams.
