In this activity, the students had to walk around a part of the gym while only one person had to say a number out loud and another classmate say the next number. The difficulty of the activity is that two people cannot say the same number at the same time. In this case, it would start over again. The purpose of this activity is that there is organization, coordination and participation of all students.

We form a circle with everyone in the class. The activity was that when the teacher said: "up", "down", "left" or "right", we had to do the opposite. That is, if she said "Left", we should all go to the right. Gradually the difficulty increased.
In this activity we work on body expression, through gestures. In the first place, we divided ourselves into pairs and, by gestures, we had to guess what the tastes or hobbies of the other person were. Later, we do it in front of the class so that the rest of the people will guess what we were expressing.
In a circle and in two teams, we must pass the hoop without letting go of each other's hands as quickly as possible.

The session was in class and we carried out a gymkhana by Integrated Project (IP) groups. This GYMKHANA consisted of looking for and finding six QR codes of different colors. When we found them, the QR code led us to a question that we had to answer and send, and then we had to look for another QR code until we got them all and return to class to discuss our answers, obviously related to physical education.
During this session we carried out different activities: First, we learned that it was "MERGE CUB", Is a digital learning platform to help you learn in a digital and 3D way. To do so, all you have to do is: - Download and open the Merge EDU apps on your iOS or Android device. - Point your device's camera at the cube. - Use Merge Cube to interact with simulations and 3D digital objects. Later, we carried three activities: -First, a relay race with two different groups. -Secondly, we worked on body expression in pairs. -Finally, we performed a relaxation also in pairs with the use of some materials.

This session was conducted in class. The students stood in groups around a table. On top of the table there was a large sheet of paper and different materials: a ball, a cone, stilts, a rope.... The activity consisted of reflecting on these typical materials and writing on the large sheet of paper sensations or memories that we had experienced with these materials, for example, at school. In addition, we also reflected on what other use we could give them.
On the other hand, this day the "Timeline" work was delivered. The timeline consisted of a padlet about the evolutionary stage of the child's brain growth and development, along with images, links and information. Here you can find my elaboration on the timeline

This session was held on the first floor of the gymnasium. The students were divided into two large groups. The first group played book games with three objects: step, coil and a indiaca. Meanwhile, the other half of the group was dedicated to observing and drawing what the person they had been assigned to play was doing. After some time had passed, they switched roles. Finally, the teacher explained what a play installation was, how to make it and some examples she herself had made.

"The rain stick" is a musical instrument that comes from South America, and that reproduces the sound of water and rain.

Another activity was, in groups of three people, each one with a foam cylinder of different sizes, blowing it until reaching the corresponding ring and putting it inside without using any part of the body, only by blowing.
Finally, we played a game in which all the people climbed on the bench and we had to order ourselves according to what was indicated, for example "from biggest to smallest".

Most of this session was dedicated to NUTRITION and a BALANCED DIET, which must be varied. Nutrients are proteins, carbon hydrates, fats or lipids, vitamins and minerals contained in foods. vitamins and minerals contained in food. A balanced diet is based on 3 basic principles: 1. To cover the caloric or energetic needs of the organism. 2. To provide the necessary nutritional requirements. 3. To make a varied diet, that is to say, to eat foods of all the groups.
