Each week you will receive timely updates in the form of announcements. Be sure that you adjust your account and course notifications (Links to an external site.) to receive alerts when announcements are available. Otherwise, be certain to check the course regularly. The most recent announcements will be visible from this course homepage. You can also click on announcements from the course navigation bar.

Inbox Messages

In some cases, your lecturers may send messages to your Canvas Inbox regarding your work in this course. You may also use the Inbox to reach out to your lecturers. If you would like to receive alerts when Inbox announcements are available, please adjust your Inbox notification settings and/or check your Canvas account regularly and pay special attention to any available Inbox message alerts.

Should you encounter problems with Canvas or have any questions regarding Canvas tools, features or settings use the Help menu to the left in the Global Navigation bar. There you can access the Canvas guides or report a problem.

The Discussions area of this course is open for you to access. In this area of the course you will see two different types of Discussions:

• Weekly Open Discussions:
• these might be ungraded and optional. They are meant to serve as an area for you to:
• Engage by sharing general ideas and begin networking conversations related to the course topics
• Present your ideas and request feedback when needed on topics related to each Module

Weekly Discussion Assignments: These might be graded and required. You might find one in each weekly Module.
