I'm Lorna McNee, I was the Great British Menu’s ‘champion of champions’ in 2019. I'm the only female in Scotland to hold a Michelin Star.
I'm Roberta Hall-Mcarron, Great British Menu's Scottish champion. Tom trained me incredibly well! I love to focus on Scottish Produce.
I'm Dean Banks from MasterChef. For me it's all about fresh seafood, and Scotland has some of the best in the world.
