This project has challenged our ability to synthesise since we had to design a laboratory plan, not only the physical space but also all the necessary laboratory equipment and the operative plans, such as maintenance, the quality and safety regulation, the occupational risk plan, the waste management system and the human resources plan. We have been able to carry out this project thanks to the knowledge we have acquired throughout this course and during the development of this project. To achieve our goal, we have used a drawing design tool called AutoCAD. Our laboratory focuses mainly on microbiology tests, because we think that performing this type of analysis in juices and tinned food is a good way to prevent consumers from getting digestive problems, food-poisoning and infections.

Objetivos

CONCLUSIONES
- La cantidad de trabajo invertido que hay en el diseño y elaboración de un laboratorio.
- Dificultad que conlleva plasmar la idea de dos personas sobre el papel.
