1. No more power up rewards points will be given to player accounts as of 5/16/22. 2. New Fraud Process: Effective immediately, anytime we receive a contact from a customer stating that their card has been used to place a fraudulent order without their authorization, we should no longer refund that transaction. Instead, they should file a dispute with their financial institution. Please notate the order and submit an Order Investigation Request > Investigate Accertify Neg File handoff to flag the customer’s information so no more orders can be placed using the same billing/shipping details.
