Pick up on site
The «Pick up on site» section allows you to request documents directly in the library where they are owned and to pick them up there at no cost. The library owning the document will put it aside for you and send you a notification when it is ready to be picked up at their circulation desk.
Additionally, there is also the section Pick up on site at other libraries which allows you to request physical items from libraries outside your institution in the same manner.

The "Further request options" section offers 4 different services :
- Courier
- Postal delivery
- Reservation
- Digitization
Costs and conditions that apply on requests placed in this section are displayed before you place a request.

Further request options
The first time you use this section, please click on "Select location" and select your preferred library or postal address.

Further request options
The "Further request options" section will display an estimated delivery time, a loan period, as well as the cost for each service.

Further request options : Courier
To request the courier delivery of a document from one library to another, select a library and click on "Request".

Further request options : Postal delivery
If you wish to have a physical document sent to your home or work address, follow the same procedure, but instead of selecting a library, select your address in the location field. This will generate a new offer. Please note, postal delivery is priced at 12.- per document.

Further request options : Reservation
When the document is already on loan, the “Further Request Options” section will show that there are no available copies. To place a reservation, simply click on the “Reservation” button to place the request. Please note that when requesting unavailable documents, no delivery time estimation can be given since it is unknown when the document will be available. Fees may apply for reservation requests

Parts of physical document can be digitized and sent to your e-mail address. Click on the “Request” button to request the partial digitization of a document.
