The three R's

THE RUBBISH LIFE

We can find natural resources like water, coal, gas, rocks, almost in everything we use in our daily life.Let’s see what happens to rubbish after it’s collected :

- We put rubbish into a bin

- The bin is emptied in a refuse collecting lorry

- The lorry takes the rubbish to a landfill site or to an incinerator.

REDUCE

The first 'R' is all about creating less waste and it’s the best method for keeping the environment clean. Reduce means also to limit the amount of thing we throw away. We can do these things : •Only buy what we need •Choose products with less packaging •Buy in bulk

RE-USE

Re-use consists in the new use of the asset, as it is. In more general terms, it can be considered a lifestyle, a mental and cultural attitude that takes shape in everyday life through apparently insignificant gestures. For example, a plastic bottle can become a container to grow aromatic herbs along a wall and create a small hanging garden; it can be transformed into a multifunctional storage compartment useful for reorganizing a space.

RECYCLE

Recycling is the transformation of waste materials and waste into new resources or goods through more or less complex industrial processes. To work, the separate collection system must be rigorous, shared and efficient. We can recycle many materials including glass, paper and metal. In fact, it is possible to recycle up to 80% of our waste.

POLLUTION

Dealing with pollution is something that requires a lot of hard work, and patience. The maggiority of pollution is generated by industries, which during their production fase, they contribute to generate the 55% of the greenhouse effect.

Let's all togheter keep our home clean and safe.

What we can do to avoid this is to minimize to the max the production of non biodiagradble plastic for exemple, and also not to waste water in our houses and much more rules...
