Proteins

Every living part of your body contains protein. Proteins are used to build and repair body parts. This is why you need the raw materials used to make proteins - amino acids

All protein are made up of chain of amino acids.For this reason amino acids are called the building blocks of proteins. When you eat a protein, our digestive system beaks it up into its amino acids parts.
Complete Proteins
A food is considered a complete protein when it contains the nine essential amino acids that our body cannot produce on its own. Most animal protein, such as meat, fish, poultry, and eggs. Such protein are called complete proteins.

Incomplete Proteins

Other, such as rice, cereal, and vegetables, contain only small amounts of one or another amino acid and are known as incomplete proteins.

Examples: Nuts and seeds‌ Whole grains (like brown rice or whole-wheat bread)‌ Vegetables‌ (Legumes in the form of lentils, peas, and beans.
