When must I submit?

Please access the due dates available here: or on the My Park Digital Learning Team page.

A digitized PCO MUST be submitted 14 calendar days prior to the CDR date to allow time for the PCO signatures.

Digital PCO Process

Step 1: Submitter

  • When you log in with your ID it will automatically enter the fields on the submitter page.
  • Click to the next field in the PCO sections in the left-hand navigation menu.

Step 2: Course Developer

  • Enter the CDEV's ID in the ParkID field.
  • Click the Blue button at right.
  • Click Instructions/Tips for help.
  • If the CDEV is new and not in Park’s systems yet, contact Careers@park.edu.

Step 3: Course

  • Enter Course ID, e.g. ED504. Click the blue botton and allow the fields to fill.
  • Enter term length.
  • Enter type of development- new development or redevelopment.
  • Enter target term. Click Validate Rotation.
    • If the course is out of rotation, please contact fast@park.edu.
  • Enter the course justification.
  • Add course outline.
  • Click Instructions/Tips for help.

Step 4: Payment

  • Enter your payment amount.
  • If the payment is standard, move on to the next item in the left-hand navigation menu.
  • If the payment is non-standard, please click the middle radio button and provide a justification for the added payment.
  • If the course is for load, choose the load reduction button.
  • When complete, advance to the next item in the menu bar.

Step 5: Textbook and Materials

  • Enter your texbook ISBN. Click the blue button at right.
  • You may enter as many textbooks as you need.
  • If the course is used in another course, you will be notified. Confirm that this is correct.
  • If no textbook will be used, click the box under Instructions/Tips. Then please enter which resources you will use, e.g. OERs.
  • Click Instructions/Tips for help.
  • Advance to the next menu item when complete.

Step 6: Course Content Approver

  • Enter the CCA's Park ID number.
  • Click the blue button at right.
  • The fields will automatically fill. Confirm they are correct.
  • Advance to the next item in the menu bar.

Step 7: Notifications

  • When you click the left-hand menu option for notifications, you will see that the system has entered in all parties that need notified.
  • You are able to add more parties if necessary.
  • Please review for accuracy.

Step 8: Approvals

  • Track the approval process by clicking the final item in the left-hand navigation menu.

Step 9: Submit!

  • Once you have entered in content in all of the fields in the left-hand navigation menu, please review your work.
  • When complete, click the submit form button at top right.
  • If you are missing anything, you will receive a notification noting what you will need to address.
