Technology has completely transformed the way teachers prepare students for the future. The process of digital transformation in education needs to be thoroughly thought about, mainly in the construction of school resumes and in the training of teachers, as they are the basis of learning and teaching.
Technical skills
Already in Education, Technology has completely transformed the way teachers prepare students for the future. Technical, creative and behavioral skills complement the objective of developing greater autonomy in students, and technology plays a fundamental role in that aspect.
According to Kallick and Zmuda, authors of the book "Students at the center", the main characteristics that need to be present in schools to form a personalized teaching community are: Voice - participants need to be open to sharing what they are thinking; Co-Creation - through the development of ideas and actions; Self Discovery - reflecting on what you learned and what you gained from it; Social Construction - social construction and network to share this same knowledge.
