Registration

Registration

The registration link will be shared with you either by the Activity Manager or via the activity page on the LEEd platform.Please open the link and fill out the registration form with your name and your email address (if possible use the email address with which you are registered to the LEEd platform).

Add your training to your calendar

You can click on "Add to calendar" to save the calendar item to your computer. Once you open the calendar invite, the only thing you need to do is to simply save it.

Join the training session from browser

You can access the training session only via the MS Edge or the Google Chrome browsers. Please note that accessing the training via Firefox is not possible.

When you click on "Join from this browser" you will be redirected to the below page. At the top of the screen you will be prompted to allow GoToTraining to access first your microphone and then your camera.

Please select "Allow" and set your audio device and camera device preferences. When you are ready select "Ok, I`m ready".

Now you are connected to the main room of the GoToTraining session!

Join from the GoTo desktop application

Before the training please download the GoTo application via http://www.goto.com/download

When you click on the joining link of the training you will be redirected to the page that you can see on the right side. You will be notified that "this site is trying to open GoTo opener". Please select "Open".

When you click on "Open", the GoTo app will appear and it will prompt you to set your camera and audio. When you are ready with the settings click on "Ok, I`m ready" or "Join when session starts".

You are now connected to the main room of the GoTotraining session!

Main room

Main functionalities in the main room of the GoToTraining session:

  • Listen to presentations
  • Activate camera and microphone to interact with fellow participants
  • Click react buttons to share your thoughts
  • Chat

Breakout room

Main functionalities in the GoToTraining breakout rooms:

  • Share your screen
  • Interact with your peers
  • Check the time that passed in the room
  • Ask for assistance from the organiser
  • Chat
Note: When you join the breakout room, your camera and microphone is by default unabled. Please activate them to be able to interact with your peers.
