The Leadership Practice Team works on projects related that help to embed high quality leadership opportunities for adults and young members across the Movement.
The Girl-Led Advocacy Team works on supporting girl-led advocacy efforts and initiatives within WAGGGS and Member Organisations.
The Girl Experience Team focuses on initiatives and projects that involve anything a girl experiences during her time in Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting.
Volunteer Engagement is embedded through the Girl Experience, Girl-Led Advocacy, and Leadership Practice teams, with some specific volunteer management policies and processes worked on by a small dedicated team of volunteers.
