Makes sure that the Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and Wholesale providers make the network available for final consumers
Enforces fair market competition between ISPs
Settles dispute between ISPs
The European Commission :Regulates the market in order to counterbalance the significant market power of former monopolies, to ensure universal service and to protect consumers.
