What are the drivers of engagement ?

START

5'

the key to successful engagement

is to adapt your management style to the needs of your employees

But how can we do this when we have no idea what our employees want from us?

5'

My CL Experience allows your employees to express their level of engagement and the factors that are important to them.

But if they don't express these to you, you as a manager may sometimes lack the keys to decipher their needs, and know how to respond to them.

What is meant by meaning or recognition for one employee will not be the same as for another employee.

Some of these factors are very subjective.

These needs change over time !
